Nick Capper

  • Description:

Nick Capper is a cult favourite on the Australian comedy circuit, having toured across the country and cementing himself as a regular in the festival scene. His oddball antics and off-kilter musings make him stand out from the pack, as he blends his country farm upbringing with absurd and surreal comic delivery. As co-host of the hit podcast The Phone Hacks with Mike Goldstein, Nick Capper has built a dedicated following among comedy fans across Australia. He has also opened for comedy heavyweights like Ari Shaffir, Doug Stanhope, Tim Dillon, Matt Rife and recently Duncan Trussell

Chorus Club

  • Description:

We're back! Chorus Club - your festival choir. We can’t wait to get you all singing (and maybe dancing?!). Come by for the hour and learn your part to sing in harmony with a bunch of other legends. Saturday  - “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” (Whitney Houston) and Sunday “Time After Time” (Cindi Lauper). We are Tess and Ben, we run New Swell Choir and this is our little pop-up choir version where we all get to sing together for one magical hour never to be repeated! See you/hear you there. Every body, every voice, welcommed.

Giant Seagulls

  • Description:

The Giant Seagulls, encased crown to crupper in costume and with no language other than "aawk" are whimsically sublime - picture, if you can, two giant seagulls trying on bobble hats and ballerina skirts...

A pair of human sized seagulls with fully working beaks, these cheeky birds are out and about in search of tasty morsels and mischief! They will be rummaging in bags, sneaking a chip from your plate, strutting about and generally endearing themselves to all.

A delightful and engaging roving act that will leave audiences laughing and for a wonderful blink of time will make the world's nasty bits disappear.
