We formed through their love of traditional Louisiana and Mississippi blues from 1930’s to 1970’s. Playing from the songbook of the likes of Little Walter, Sonny Boy Williamson, Taj Mahal, Jimmy Reed and Charlie Musselwhite to name a few, the 5 piece mixes electric with an acoustic edge to give you blues that is more “Hill Country” than Chicago.
Tex Miller is on guitars and vocals and will be trading riffs with guitar sensation Lee Henderson on electric guitars. Stu (Harmonica Blue) Miller fills out the traditional sound on harmonica and vocals. BUT THAT’S NOT ALL. This line up is complimented with the explosive rhythm section of Paul (Gadget man) Anderson, drums and vocals, Tim (Dangerous) Waters, bass.
Together the band captures the essence of this iconic genre.
“We bow to the greats to give you an experience we guarantee will leave you with an earworm you can’t shake and a smile from ear to ear.”
But be warned there will be no Funk, no Soul and no Rock and Roll. Just pure and authentic Blues.
