Our Work Experience program runs from February – December, working at the QMF Inc office every Friday, plus additional time on event days. We provide an opportunity to improve your knowledge and learn new skills while gaining real-life, hands-on experience in the music industry. Working closely with our team, some of the things you could learn include how to:

• plan for and deliver various youth events including the Foot-in-theDoor Competition at QMF
• set up and operate a sound and lighting system
• stage manage a performance and work with artists to put on a sucessful show
• communicate with customers and respond to enquiries
• make an advertising plan and use social media to promote your event
• work with others as part of a committee and run sucessful meetings
