 The Unconscious Brothers are a versatile local roots trio from the mouth of the Barwon River featuring Tim Neal, Simon Dawe and Tim Fullerton. Through their legendary ‘variety’ shows the band has become known for playing music with some of the country’s finest roots singers and instrumentalists, on top of playing their own tunes, which is encapsulated on their self-titled CD.As for the previous two years of the QMF, The Unconscious Brothers have again tailor made a show for this event that brings together extraordinary talent. This year the band is privileged to be joined by REBECCA BARNARD (known also for her cooking skills) and JOSH OWEN (known also for his football skills). This gig is to be broadcast live on ABC’s Radio National.
